He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn E. Miller and William J. Wilkins; his brother Larry Wilkins (Boo); and his nephew Forrest Matthews. He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Walker of Woodstock, Wilma Matthews (Larry) of South Carolina and Carol Bashaw (Steve) of Maurertown; and his nieces and nephews, Craig Walker of Springfield, Adam Bashaw of Maurertown, Tracey Walker (Kate) of Richmond and Stephanie Bashaw of Maurertown.
