She is survived by: her husband Ray Alvin Melton of Woodlawn, Virginia; her siblings, Juanita Weatherman of Rising Sun, Maryland, Carol (Wade Williams), Archie Powers of Owensboro, Kentucky and Edward (Freda Powers); her siblings-in-law, Sylvia Reeves of Galax, Virginia and Joe (Charlene Melton) of Mt. Airy; and her nieces and nephews, Tiffany, Shannon, Rhonda, Lindsey, Kendra, Joe, Gary, Harlos, Mike, Travis, Ronny, Carolyn Beasley, Alice Larrowe and Arlis Gonzalez.
