He is survived by: his wife Linda Lindsey Sharp; his children, Joseph Lee Sharp, Danielle Nicole Bolt, Wesly Carico, Matt Moore and Tyler Bolt; his brother Michael Wesley Carico; his grandchildren, Talyn Bolt and Helena Sharp; his sister-in-law Lora Lindsey; his uncle Darrell Sharp; and his aunts, Wilma Jennings and Ilene Sharp.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel (1035 N Main St, Hillsville, VA 24343). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at the Sharp Cemetery (3393 Oak Grove Rd, Woodlawn, VA 24381).
