It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sidney Gilmer Roberts of Woodlawn, Virginia, who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Roberts and Callie Lineberry Roberts; his son Michael Roberts; and his siblings, Eva Lineberry, Grace (Charles Cole), Ethel (Joe Foster), Clovis (Morris Parnell), Pauline (Bobby Jones), Clara (John Bobbitt), John Roberts and Carroll (Betty Roberts).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Frost Roberts of Woodlawn, Virginia; his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Raul Flores of Yorktown, Virginia; his grandson Brandon (Madison Bartlett) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his sister Ruby Russell of Galax, Virginia; and his close friend Dean Cornett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
