She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Wilson and Lena Gertrude Frazier Crowder; and her husband Major Howell. She is survived by: her daughter Terri; her son-in-law Kenneth Gooden of Woodlawn, Virginia; her grandsons, Zachary Funk, Levi Funk and Matthew (Nikki Funk); her great grandchildren, Zayah Kyle, Leeann Funk, Lilly Funk, Jillian Funk, Lenix Funk, Leeland Funk, Liam Funk and Zaiden Funk; and her close friend Judy Sharp.
