She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hall and Hattie Whitt Hall; her husbands, Clyde Monroe Tate and Nelson Lewis; her son Gary Clyde Tate; and her siblings, Doug Whitt, Raymond Hall, Odell Hall, Melvin Hall, Clinton Hall and Ellen Beasley.
She is survived by: her daughter Caroline; her son-in-law Richard Hall; her granddaughter Stephanie (Chad Bond); her great grandchild Jace Bond; her siblings, Lura Jenkins, Russell (Mary Ann Hall) and Maynard (Lois Hall); and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Hall and Peggy L. Hall. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
