It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Concetta O'Neal (Woodlawn, Virginia), who passed away on April 25, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gay B. O'Neal. She is survived by: her children, Olinda Winters, Gayle O'Neal (Larry), David O'Neal (Michelle), Shirley Boynton (Michael) and Pamela Minnich. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Christ Presbyterian Church, 709 Aragona Blvd., Virginia Beach, VA 23455.
