It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Kenny of Woodlawn, Virginia, born in Galax, Virginia, who passed away on August 23, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kenny and Eva Sexton Kenny; his wife Mary Hooven Kenny; and his siblings, Christine, Bobby and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his close friend Peggy Isom of Woodlawn; his sons, Larry Kenny (Hillsville), Tracy (Oliva Kenny) and Dennis (Tina Kenny); and his siblings, Nadine Dalton of Galax, Jerry (Carla Kenny) and Doug (Georgia Hooven). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Due to CDC Recommendations mask and social distancing will be enforced at the funeral home for visitation and the funeral service.
