It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Ann Cope of Woodlawn, Virginia, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on May 27, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard E Cope and Nancie Alderman Cope (Charles); her brother John H Cope; her sister-in-law Sandra Phipps Cope; her nieces and nephews, Jonathan Christopher Cope and Skyler Andre'Cope; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Zoey, Coalson and Leslie Cope; and her father-in-law Glenn Phipps (Virginia).
