He is survived by: his son Shawny Jones; his grandson Tanner Jones; his siblings, Brenda (Sonny Brady), Cathy (Butch Isom), Barbara (John Farmer), Sharon (Danny Anders) and Denny of Galax, Virginia; and his sister-in-law Angie Jones of Galax, Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
