We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2020, at the age of 92, Franklin Howard Tubbs in Woodlawn, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Wightman Tubbs. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Huddleston (Carey) and Theresa Young (Keith); and his stepdaughter Debbie Boudreau (Greg). He is also survived by eight grand children and six great grand children.
