She is survived by: her husband Michael Cook; her daughter Heather; her son-in-law Dale Shockley; her grandchildren, Nevaeh Shockley, Noah Shockley and Lily Shockley; her parents-in-law, Joe and Marie Cook; her brother Charles; her sister-in-law Shirley Nelson; her sister Carolyn Tilley; her siblings-in-law, Donna Arbaugh and Chris (Sheila Cook); and also Joyce Shockley.
