She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie C. Purvis and Carrie Crawford Purvis; her husband E. H. "Mac" McCants; and her brothers, Ben and Joe Purvis.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Roberts, David McCants (Pat) and Susan Martinez (Robert); and her sisters, Jimmie Mabry and Faye Donaldson (Ralph).
