He was predeceased by: his parents, Ransom Harmon and Losie Melton Harmon; his wife Blanche A. Harmon; his great grandchild Anna Frazier; his siblings, Leroy Harmon and Ethel Hawks; and his former wife Ila Rae Harmon.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Mabe (Robert) of Austinville, Jesse Frazier (Anita) of Galax and Robert Frazier (Edna) of Woodlawn; and his siblings, Wayne Harmon of Woodlawn, Gene Harmon (Lora) of Woodlawn, Betty Alley of Woodlawn and Odessa Peters of Max Meadows. He is also survived by six grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his church family.
