He is survived by: his sister Carol Barnes of Wilkesboro, NC; his nephew Edwin Blevins (Michelle Testerman) of Independence, VA; his niece Charlene Brewer (Eric Brown) of Ennice, NC; and his caregiver Mary Henley of Woodlawn, VA.
