He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his daughters, Stephanie (Ray) and Brittany; his mother Nancy; his brothers, Randy (Yvonne) and Chris (Brittani); and his nieces and nephews, Brad (Virginia), Tory (Anthony) and Megan.
