She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Joseph Skinner, Jr.; and her grandson Brandon Skinner. She is survived by: her children, Mike Skinner (Betty Ann) and Tina Carter (Wayne); her grandchildren, Lindsey Harvey (Jay), Matthew Carter (Angela) and Steven Carter; her great grandchildren, Eliza Harvey, Ella Skinner, Nicholas Harvey and Walker Harvey; and her siblings, A. D. Whittaker (Jean) and Patty Ketner.
