She is survived by: her husband Frank "Buddy" Powell; her children, Brenda Motley (Donald) and Mark Powell; and her siblings, Mary Ann Rice, Linda Sutton, Sandy Beaton, Sherman Windsor, Jr. and Stanley Windsor. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.
