He is survived by: his wife Gloria Wilson; his children, James S. Wilson (Robyn) of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Joseph E. Coakley (Susan) of Fredericksburg, Virginia and Sonya Coakley Baker (Antonio) of Fredericksburg, Virginia; his grandchildren, Sierra Olivia Wilson of New Orleans, Jordan Kylee Baker of Fredericksburg, Virginia and Elijah Sentell Wilson of Fredericksburg, Virginia; his great grandchild Zakai Enzo Taplet of New Orleans, Louisiana; and his sisters, Josephine Williams of Roosevelt, Gladys Smith of Spotsylvania, Virginia, Virginia Jones of Freeport, Vivian Latney of Ruther Glen and Lisa Latney of Richmond. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
