He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Sullens and Maymie Testerman Sullens; and his sisters, Mattie Lou (Darris), Leecola Ann (Norval) and Harriet Ruth (Glen David).
He is survived by: his brothers, Franklin David (Prunella), Emmerson Eugene, Floyd Nelson (Audrey) and Charles Chester (Janice); his close friends, Ron and Joan Earyes; his cousin Gerald; his nephew Bill; and also JoJo. He is also survived by his two brothers and sister in law, multiple nieces and nephews, their families, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, we request donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
