He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Thompson (Ree). He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca McMurry and Laura Haislip (Bryan Krugman); his grandchildren, W. Patrick McMurry, Grace McMurry and Joseph Krugman; and his sisters, Audrey Greenhouse (Howard) and Doris Meyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
