She was predeceased by: her brothers, Forrest Thacker, Ivan Thacker and Roy Thacker (Frog). She is survived by: her husband Harold Deel; her children, Preston Penn (Karen Penn), Vincent Penn (Tricia McNamara) and Bonnie Woodard (Tony Woodard); her sisters, Gerry Campbell and Marie Fields; her grandchildren, Kristen Hall, Jeremy Austin, Jimmie Brown and Vincent Penn Jr.; and her great grandchild Chai Dunlap.

Face masks must be worn at both locations and social distancing is mandatory.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Harold Deel.
