We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2019, at the age of 24, Shannon Carter (Woodbridge, Virginia), born in Fairfax, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Theresa Phillips and Scott Carter; her grandparents, Albert and Phyllis Phillips; her uncles, Tim Phillips and Paul McCray; her aunt Jill McCray; and her cousins, Rachel Ware, Lindsay McCray, Kelly Giles, Jason McCray and Tank.
