She was predeceased by: her spouse Sidney C. Visbeck; her parents, Benjamin W. Day, Sr. and Annie E. Day (Cosgrove); her siblings, Benjamin W. Day, Jr. and E. Carol Day; and her daughter-in-law Linda Visbeck.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Visbeck of California, Mark Visbeck of Virginia, Leslie Griffin of Vermont and Glenn Visbeck (Diane Mitchell) of Michigan; and her grandchildren, William, Patrick, James, Mathew, Sydney Visbeck, Philip and Joshua Griffin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
