He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Ray Holbert, Jr. and Julia Holbert. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Holbert of Woodbridge, VA; and his siblings, Judy Snider (Joe) of Mineral Wells, WV, Ray Holbert (Estel) of Big Bend, WV and Randy Holbert (Cally) of Salinas, CA. He is also survived by four nephews, one niece, two great nephews and four great nieces.
