He is survived by: his wife Barbara Matthews of Woodbridge, VA; his daughter Jennifer Matthews of Richmond, VA; his pet Gidget; his siblings, Ray Matthews Jr., Mary Beth, Patrice Smith, Bonnie Matthews and Shannon Nazarenus; his nieces and nephews, Kaylee, Kaitlin, Wyatt, Scott Smith and Mark Shann; his children, Noah, Kobe, Jessica and Jeremy Klapproth; and his grandchildren, Luca and Eve.
