She was predeceased by: her parents, Regis Francis and Mary Cole; and her sister Betty Jane. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Caddy; her sisters, Patty Smail and Ree Jerrell; her sons, Christopher Adams and Samuel Adams; and her stepchildren, Jeffrey Caddy, Michael Caddy and Dana Swisher. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
