It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul John McMullen of Woodbridge, Virginia, born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Captain Cornelius E. McMullen and Lenore C. (Crowley); his stepmother Jewel F. (McAllister); and his siblings, Neil McMullen and Carol Swan.

He is survived by: his wife Ethel M. McMullen; his stepchildren, Vicky L. Miller of Gratz, PA and Captain Clarence J. K. Miller; his granddaughter Emalie C. Brown of Gratz, PA.; his sister Lenore Levin of Great Falls, VA; and his stepsiblings, Mark Libratore of Stuart, FL, Ronald Libratore of West Suffield, CT and Brenda Gallagher of East Granby, CT..

Donations in his honor may be made to Washington's National Park Fund, 1904 3rd Avenue, #400, Seattle, WA 98101.
