He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Halsey and Ada Halsey Cottrell; and his sisters, Vera Craigo and Barbara Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Diane Clark (Rick) and Tina Spille (Chris); his granddaughters, Jenna Spille and Rebekah Lehman; and his sister Pauline Gonzales (Luis).
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, tributes may be made to the American Heart Association.
