She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Schrotel and Virginia E. Schrotel. She is survived by: her husband Jon R. Birdsall; her daughter Sarah A. McGrew; her son-in-law Alexander I. McGrew; her brother John H. Schrotel II; and her sister-in-law Valerie Schrotel. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews and nine great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Parkinson Foundation in her honor.
