He is survived by: his children, Theresa Tameris (Cetan) and Shane (Amy); his grandchildren, Brittany Vasquez, Zachary Watson, Jessica Stitts, Mikayla Stitts, Matthew Mast, Andrew Chase and Kendal Chase; his sister Patricia Fayak (Francis); his niece Michelle Fayak; and his nephew Mark Fayak.
