It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Horne High in Woodbridge, Virginia, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Horne and Jean Norton Horne; her nephew Danny Ivey; and her brother-in-law Thomas Billeck. She is survived by: her husband E. J. High; her sister Judy Blacklock (Doug) of San Augustine, TX; her sisters-in-law, Mary Billeck of Schulenburg, TX and Sandi High of Dallas, TX; and her nieces and nephews, Sarah Blacklock Leger, Brian Blacklock, Jason Blacklock, Mathew Ivey, Katelynn Billeck and Krystal Billeck.
