She is survived by: her husband Donald K. Gooden; her daughters, Jamila and Tahirah Gooden; her siblings, Cheryl Palmer Dzwonyk, Karene Robinson, Susan Palmer-Gooden, Colville and Gerald Palmer; and her daughter Tahirah Joyce Ionie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, many friends.
