He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams, Sr. and Polly Langston Williams; his brother Charles Williams, Jr.; and his brother-in-law James Cox. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Williams of Woodbridge, VA; his daughters, Kendra McDowell (Terence) of Woodbridge, VA and Kena Williams (Sam Oluwalana) of Woodbridge, VA; his grandsons, Jorden, Jayden, Elijah, Isaiah of Woodbridge, VA and Tylecia Lewis of Spotsylvania, VA; his siblings, Albert Williams of Dudley, NC, Jerry "Bo" Williams of Goldsboro, NC, Carolyn Newsome (Jimmy) of Fremont, NC, Helen Cox of Dudley, NC and Shirley Wells of Mebane, NC; and his sister-in-law Gloria Williams of Goldsboro, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and friends.
