He is survived by: his son Stephen Frederick Spiker (Fred); his daughter-in-law Tara Ione Spiker; his grandson Eric Alexander Spiker of Fredericksburg, VA; his sister Vivian Roberts (WVa); and his caregiver Rachelle Garber (Rocky) of Woodbridge.
