He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Viola Lewis; and his sister Betty Sue Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Shields Lewis; and his son Judson Lewis (Riat Gray). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
