She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Rose and Hattie Rose; her husband Aaron Brewster; her siblings, Susie Holmes, John and Jasper Rose; and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Brewster.

She is survived by: her son Rev. Dwayne Brewster; and her great grandchildren, Bobbie, Jenifer, Jerry, Meaghan, Jake, Emily, Sophia, Cole, Bayleigh, Carter, Jaedyn and Aubree.
