She was predeceased by: her father Earl Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Gene Waggy; her mother Mary of North Carolina; her sons, Jonathan of Woodbridge and Jason Lockamy of Woodbridge; and her siblings, Reba, Helen, Robin of North Carolina and Lewis of North Carolina. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Woodbridge, 13600 Minnieville Road, Woodbridge, VA 22193 in memory of Ginny Lockamy-Waggy.
