She was predeceased by: her father Walter Katacinski; her husband Paul Peworchik; her sons, David and Thomas; and her brothers, Stanley, Joseph and Walter.
She is survived by: her sister Helen Machonis of Raleigh, NC; her son Paul; her daughter-in-law Charlene of Nashville, TN; her children, Jane of Woodbridge, VA and James; her daughter-in-law Marilyn of Warrenton, VA; her grandchildren, Julie (Mick), Amy (Shawn), Thomas, Emma (Erik), David and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Zackery, Madilyn, Luke, Brett, Morgan, Zayne, Emily and Sam.
