He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roselia Cuellar and Policarpo Cuellar; his sister Amparo; his wife Pepi Cuellar; his children, Stephanie Covington (Burt), Patty Nino (Spiro) and Steven Cuellar; his grandsons, Dylan Nino, Noah Nino, Landon Covington and Lucas Covington; his sisters, Gloria Beauchamp and Aida Cuellar; and also Spiro.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, attendance will be limited to 10 members of immediate family.
