It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bethany Nicole Welsh Harper (Woodbridge, Virginia), who passed away on April 18, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband William Francis Welsh; and her sister Terri "Roseanne" Koppelman. She is survived by: her parents, Terral Dyer and Jerry Dyer; her husband Phillip Alan Harper; her daughters, Morgann Lynn Dyer, Taylor Nicole Welsh and Payton Alrxandra Welsh; her stepson Phillip Thacker; her niece Amber Koppelman; and her grandchildren, Michael "Bubby" Balash, Adaya Nicole (Brayden Demetric Finley), Landon Malcolm (Violet Grace Edney) and Marisol Castro.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to the MS society as she was a proud warrior.
