He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kruschka and Lucy Kruschka (Weber); his wife Karen; and his brother Richard Kruschka. He is survived by: his children, Max Kruschka and Gretchen Gray (Ken); his grandsons, Kenny and Adam; his siblings-in-law, Mary St. Claire of Arizona and Robert Hutchinson (Lisa) of Albuquerque, NM; his nephews, David, Kevin and Daniel; and also Stan Hutchinson (Kim) of Albuquerque. He is also survived by friends and caregivers.
