He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne Breedlove, Ruth Stewart, Wilborn Coonts and Allie Campbell; and his aunts and uncles, Arles Coonts, Jerry Breedlove, Charlotte Gibson and Donnita Coonts.
He is survived by: his parents, Dale Coonts and Iva Coonts of Vendor; his brothers, Keith Clayborn (Jody) of Mt. Judea, Kevin Clayborn of Mt. Judea and Jeremy Coonts (Shea) of San Antonio, Texas; his nieces and nephews, Hunter Clayborn, Chase Clayborn, Kaiden Clayborn, Gabe Clayborn, Karsyn Clayborn and Sydney Coonts; his cousin Haylie Crow; and his close friends, Ryan, Jamie Sanfilippo, Jennifer Abate and Meghan Daly. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
