He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Mullins and Evelyn Hillman Mullins; and his siblings, Inus Acree, McKinley Mullins, Larry Mullins, Neal Mullins, Roger Mullins and Gary Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Mullins; his daughter Michelle Mullins; his grandchildren, Westley Smith and Kendra Maggard (Jonah); his great grandchildren, Kadence Smith and Finnley Smith; his stepchildren, Eddie Baker (Wendy) and Lisa Wyckoff (Peter); his stepgrandchildren, Brooklin Baker, PJ Wyckoff and Dauntay Woods; and his siblings, Clifford Mullins of White Pine, VA, Ronnie Mullins of Michigan, Jerry Mullins of Partlow, VA and Eula Vanover of Beacer Dam, VA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
