He was predeceased by: his parents, W. H. Gilliam, Sr. and Sue Stewart Gilliam; and his brother Frank Clinton Gilliam. He is survived by: his brothers, W. H. Gilliam, Jr. (Ruth), Big, Robert (Elizabeth) of Odessa, FL, John of Winchester, VA and Mike (Jayme) of New Tazewell, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Plans for a memorial service will be finalized and announced at a later date when pandemic travel and assembly restrictions have been eased.
