He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hill Collins; his sons, Matt Collins (Stephanie Carter Collins) and Mark Collins (Megan Funk Collins); his grandsons, Carter Steven Collins and Odin Brock Collins; and his brothers, Ronald Collins (Athena Kaviris Collins) and Robert Collins (Pamela Minor Collins). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
