He is survived by: his children, Laken, Jade, Leah, Elizabeth, Georgia and Stephanie; and his siblings, Stacy Skeens (Tonya), Becky Stanley, Lisa Ramey (James) and Crissy Dorton (Ryan). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
