She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Ray Collier; her daughter Kelly Jean; her grandson Justin Lee Collier; and her brothers, William "Bill" Polly and Donald Ray Polly.

She is survived by: her children, Basil Collier of Dryden, VA and Teresa Lee Carter of Jonesville, VA; her granddaughter Sonni Allison Peters; her great grandchildren, Gabrielle Morangello, Caitlyn Morangello and Eli Morangello; and her brother John Polly of Naples, FL. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
