She is survived by: her sister Gail Hooks; her sons, Jonathan, Stuart and Matthew; her nieces, Amie, Tara and Karey; and her grandchildren, Anna, Noah, Blake, Bella, Cecilia and Aria. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
