She was predeceased by: her husband Claude Elmer Fultz Sr.; her daughter Mary Ann Fultz; her parents, Clarence Carter and Ida Kilgore Carter; and her siblings, Harvey Carter, John Herbert Carter and Jalie Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Ginger Fultz, Claude Fultz Jr. and Clyde Fultz (Linda); her nephew Harvey Carter Jr. (Wanda); her daughter-in-law Jenny Arwood; and her sisters, Monette Mefford and Joan Proffitt. She is also survived by three grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
